jenny rescued a half-priced ikea christmas wreath (can't find the link on the website) and gave it a little love. it's pretty easy too. all you need to do is cut your selected fabric into strips (treat the fabric first to minimise fire hazard) with a rotary cutter and tie them round the wreath.see more of jenny's valentine wreath.
